In 2025, the company was granted 21 newly authorized patents, including 7 invention patents, highlighting the effectiveness of innovation-to-application conversion. Zhongchen also took an active role in the formulation of the national standard GB/T 44997-2024 “General Technical Requirements for Linear Aseptic Filling and Capping Machines”. On November 11, a delegation led by Ricardo Issami Obara, Vice President of Procurement & Sustainability at AB InBev APAC, visited Zhongchen Light Machinery for on-site inspection and discussions.
On November 25, the “2025 AB InBev APAC Supplier Strategic Alliance Forum & 2026 Strategy Conference”, themed “Win-Win Cooperation, Smarter Future”, was successfully held. Zhongchen Light Machinery returned from the event with major honors—being awarded the title of “AB InBev Strategic Cooperation Supplier”, and also receiving the VSA Red Dot Project Award.

High-Speed PET Lines and Can Lines Enter the Russian-Speaking Market
The Multon Cola team from Russia successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a can production line in Hefei. This project represents the third 72,000 cans-per-hour canning line delivered to the Russian market in 2025, with the three lines respectively installed at former Heineken, AB InBev, and Coca-Cola plants.
At the same time, multiple PET production lines have been delivered to the Russian-speaking market on an ongoing basis, including a PET filling line featuring the largest filling cylinder diameter. Since the market opened its door to Chinese suppliers, Zhongchen Light Machinery has become one of the most important Chinese packaging line manufacturers serving this region.

From September 15 to 19, the highly anticipated technology event for the beer and beverage equipment industry—Drinktec—was held as scheduled in Munich, Germany. Zhongchen Light Machinery and its team showcased high-end intelligent canning equipment at Hall A5, drawing strong attention from industry professionals.

With one installation team covering three sites simultaneously, Zhongchen Light Machinery successfully completed the installation and commissioning of three can production lines in parallel, achieving one-time start-up and delivery to multiple owners across the Middle East.
In recent years, Zhongchen has strengthened cooperation with customers in the region. In 2025 alone, Zhongchen secured more than 10 can line orders in the Middle East, becoming a preferred supplier of can production lines for local customers.

AB InBev APAC VSA Technical Forum Opens at Zhongchen Light Machinery, Jointly Promoting the Application of High-Quality Management Systems in Liquid Food Machinery Enterprises
On June 24, the VSA Technical Forum was held in Hefei, with key attendees including Pang Weizhen, Chief Supply Chain Officer of AB InBev APAC; Jan Clysner, Vice President of Procurement & Sustainability at AB InBev APAC; and Wang Xin, Vice Chairman of the China Light Industry Machinery Association, among others.

Zhongchen Light Machinery’s Dry Aseptic and Craft Beer Equipment Makes a Strong Debut at Multiple Trade Shows
Zhongchen Light Machinery showcased its PET dry aseptic blow–fill–cap monoblock at the 13th China International Beverage Industry Science & Technology Exhibition (CBST 2025).
In April, CBCE 2025, Asia’s premier craft beer industry event, opened in Shanghai. Zhongchen Light Machinery presented its YLGD2004 can filling & seaming monoblock, featuring highly flexible configuration and intelligent operation. The equipment provides strong support for craft breweries to break through capacity bottlenecks and achieve scaled production.
In December this year, the 25,000 KL/year craft beer filling line supplied by Zhongchen Light Machinery for Fubixing Brewery’s new plant in Ya’an was successfully commissioned and put into operation.
Zhongchen continues to develop and upgrade filling and packaging solutions tailored for the craft beer segment. This year, the company also delivered filling lines to craft beer brands including Panda Draft, Tesla Beer, United Brewing, and Beiping Machine, among others.

Zhongchen Light Machinery Strengthens Its Position as a Leading Core Supplier to China’s Beer Industry
At the beginning of the new year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has achieved a strong start in performance, particularly by securing orders from a number of domestic and overseas customers, including Tsingtao Brewery, AB InBev Brazil, Pearl River Brewery, and clients in Belarus. These orders include a 50,000 bottles/hour glass bottle production line, a 60,000 bottles/hour glass bottle pasteurizer, a 72,000 cans/hour can filling and seaming machine, and a 1.5L PET beer filling line.
Meanwhile, the flexible brewing equipment delivered by Zhongchen Light Machinery to Yanjing Brewery has been successfully put into operation. The machine is compatible with 21 bottle types and 7 cap types, and it innovatively adopts a flowmeter-based filling valve for the returnable glass bottle beer sector, featuring an automatic CIP cup function.

China Resources Snow Breweries is building a craft beer production base in Shenzhen headquarters with an annual capacity of 100,000 kiloliters. Zhongchen Light Machinery is assisting in the construction of three high-end intelligent packaging production lines, including a canning line, glass bottle production line, and flexible production line, specifically designed for the production of high-end craft beers under the China Resources Snow brand. The project aims to set a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model. The project has now entered the full installation and construction phase, incorporating and integrating numerous world-leading technologies. Once completed, it will become a state-of-the-art craft beer center.
On December 5, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2024 third batch of major technological equipment for the first set in Anhui Province. After the company’s application, review and recommendation by the municipal industry and information authorities, expert review and on-site verification by a third-party evaluation agency, and public announcement, Zhongchen Light Machinery's "YLGD136A Flow Meter Canning Filling Machine" was successfully included in the list.

On June 18, the new PET soft drink production line at Hefei Swire Coca-Cola's Jinxiutong Factory was officially launched, with Zhongchen Light Machinery serving as the main supplier and invited to attend the opening ceremony. This advanced high-speed line is capable of producing 54,000 bottles per hour of 500 ml carbonated beverages and other NAP products. Zhongchen Light Machinery completed the installation and commissioning in just 28 days, achieving a line efficiency of 91.2% within one week, setting a new record for similar projects at Swire Coca-Cola. The project received high recognition from the client, and both parties look forward to expanding further cooperation. It is reported that the production line has successfully passed acceptance with an efficiency rate of 98%.

On April 9, Coca-Cola headquarters led a delegation of leaders from multiple bottling plants around the world to visit Hefei, where they had an in-depth exchange with Zhongchen Light Machinery regarding the company’s supply capabilities, technological innovation, manufacturing, quality assurance, after-sales service, and past cooperative projects. The delegation highly praised Zhongchen Light Machinery. Since signing the MTC Global Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Coca-Cola headquarters, the company has expanded cooperation with bottling plants worldwide, providing multiple lines including 36,000–48,000 bottles per hour PET lines, 48,000 bottles per hour glass bottle lines, and 36,000–90,000 cans per hour canning lines. At the beginning of the New Year, Qingdao Beer awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the 60,000 cans per hour canning machine project. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has become a leading supplier of core canning lines in China, dominating the market share. The 36000 cans (bottles)/hour flexible beverage production line of Zhongchen Light Machinery was put into operation at Tai Shun Bio's Taishan base. Zhongchen Light Machinery's 40,000 bottles/hour beer line has successfully gone into operation at Anheuser-Busch InBev. The successful commissioning of this project marks that Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again stood at the peak of the high-speed beer filling and packaging industry. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery launched the three main equipment of 50,000BPH high-speed beer glass bottle production line in 2013, which has written a brilliant chapter for the independent brand development of high-speed beer packaging production lines in China.

2013

1. In January, Zhongchen Light Machinery celebrated its 10th anniversary and held a New Year's Eve award ceremony and banquet for outstanding employees.
2. In the first to fourth quarters, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola companies in the Philippines and Laos once again awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery with orders for 36,000 bottles/hour beverage high-speed production lines, making Zhongchen Light Machinery one of the top-tier high-speed beverage filling and packaging equipment suppliers in China and Asia.
3. The grand commissioning of the 40,000 bottles/hour filling line at the Budweiser InBev Suqian factory marked Zhongchen Light Machinery's standing at the pinnacle of the beer filling and packaging industry once again, with the favor of global beer giants such as Carlsberg and Diageo as a support. That same year, Zhongchen Light Machinery successfully completed the research and manufacturing of its 50,000 bottles/hour high-speed beer line.
4. As a new business branch, Zhongchen Light Machinery further expanded its market share in the sauce and condiment filling and packaging line, with its high-end sauce and condiment production lines running in well-known seasoning companies such as Haishen Yellow Wine, Shanxi Lao Chen Vinegar, and Wang Zhihe.
5. Zhongchen Light Machinery achieved groundbreaking technological innovations in its core areas, with its high-speed beverage filling machine based on flow meter volumetric filling technology once again gaining favor from Coca-Cola China; the beer filling machine based on probe electronic valve filling technology received high approval from Budweiser InBev customers; and the beer and beverage can filling and sealing machine based on volumetric electronic valve filling technology was successfully developed in one go.
6. Zhongchen Light Machinery further accelerated its internationalization steps, establishing branch offices and localized service centers in multiple regions in Asia, Africa, and America, truly achieving amity with numerous overseas customers and reaching strategic partnership with customers.

November2012

The safety production standardization creation work of Zhongchen Light Machinery Enterprise was reviewed by the experts from the Anhui Provincial Safety Supervision Administration and the Mechanical Industry Safety and Health Association of Anhui Province, and passed the level-2 enterprise達標 inspection. The same month, Zhongchen Light Machinery participated in the SA8000 enterprise social responsibility certification work.
The flow meter-type beverage filling machine independently developed and manufactured by Zhongchen Light Machinery was awarded the "National Key New Product" certificate jointly issued by the Science and Technology Department, the Environmental Protection Department, the Commerce Department, and the Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

Zhongchen Light Machinery showcased its 40,000BPH high-end beer equipment at the CBB Exhibition, receiving widespread acclaim from the industry. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery won a bid for a 33,000BPH beer project with Carlsberg Group, a 30,000BPH hot filling project for PepsiCo's second production line, and a filling machine project for Yanjing Brewery Group.

Zhongchen Light Machinery was awarded the "Innovation, Responsibility, and Impact" 2010-2011 Top 10 Selection of China's Food Industry "Top Ten Well-known Brands of Filling Machines" honorary title.
Two employees from Zhongchen Light Machinery's assembly workshop and structural workshop were awarded the honorary title of "2010-2011 Labor Model" by Zhonglian Equipment Group.
Zhonghong Machinery was awarded the honorary title of "2010-2011 Advanced Collective" by Zhonglian Equipment Group.
In the first quarter, Zhongchen Light Machinery successively won multiple projects, including a 40,000 bottles/hour beer production line and a 24,000 bottles/hour beer production line for Budweiser.
February2012

Zhongchen Light Machinery awarded 10 employees the title of "2011 Quality Advanced Individual" in order to encourage excellence and boost morale, and held a commendation ceremony for them. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery launched the Quality QE project and established a QE activity evaluation committee, with a specific implementation plan in place.
The China Building Materials Federation and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions for the Machinery, Metallurgy, Building Materials Industries awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery's "Ring-shaped Filling Drum Fabrication Technology" the second prize in the Technological Innovation Skill and Method Category of the 2011 "Huaxin Cup" National Building Materials Industry Technological Innovation Award.

The first collaboration with Chongqing Brewery Group involved signing a contract for the YLG2406 can filling and sealing machine. This contract initiated a favorable beginning for the subsequent cooperation between Zhongchen Company and Chongqing Brewery Group.

Beijing's century-old brand Lao Dian Group Wang Zhihe Food Co., Ltd. successfully signed contracts for two yellow wine filling production lines. Subsequently, Zhejiang Zhongwei Group's century-old brand Huzhou Brewery Co., Ltd. ordered a contract for a sauce wine sterilization machine.

In cooperation with Gansu Zhongliang Coca-Cola Beverages Co., Ltd., the first successful contract was signed for the domestic first flow meter-type carbonated beverage filling, capping and sealing three-in-one machine produced by Zhongcheng High-tech.
Zhongcheng Light Industry Machinery signed a contract for a turnkey project of a full PET bottle hot filling production line with Xiaogang Village GLG Group.
A contract was signed with Kangzhiwei Group for a full line of salted drink filling production, to be used in the Wuhan branch. The successful cooperation for the first time brought new opportunities. Fujian Kangzhiwei expanded its production scale and signed two turnkey projects with Zhongcheng Light Industry Machinery for production lines with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.

Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery carried the first Chinese largest 40,000 bottles/hour PET bottle flow meter type volumetric filling machine, which made its debut at the China International Beer and Beverage Equipment Exhibition in September 2010, and received widespread acclaim from the industry.

At the beginning of the new year: the company decided to build a new administrative and office building, expand the assembly workshop again, and after completion, the assembly, testing and commissioning capacity of the main products will be doubled based on the current level.

2009

Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery has hired foreign experts in beverage aseptic systems at high salaries to participate in the detailed design, research and development, and on-site commissioning of aseptic filling systems.

2008

In October, Zhongchen Light Machinery Co. passed the CE certification, opening the door for export to Europe.
In December, the China Beverage Association awarded Mr. Zha Zhengwang, general manager of Zhongchen Light Machinery, the "Outstanding Contribution Award in China's Beverage Industry in the Past 30 Years".
Cooperation with Carlsberg Brewery
In 2008, Zhongchen Light Machinery signed a contract for a 24,000BPH glass bottle carbonated beverage production line turnkey project with Carlsberg Group for use by Lao Holding Bottling Plant.
In early 2010, Carlsberg Group purchased a 28,000BPH glass bottle carbonated beverage production line from Zhongchen Company for use in its bottling plant in Africa.
In the same year, Carlsberg Group purchased a 40,000BPH beer/drink combination production line turnkey project from Zhongchen Company, consisting of nine major systems, which went into operation in October 2011.

March2007

A comprehensive workshop covering an area of 2,700 square meters and a large materials warehouse of 1,800 square meters broke ground and was completed and put into use in November of the same year.

2006

As the company's overseas business grew, Zhongchen Light Machinery set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Zhonghong Machinery Co., Ltd., to take over the entire business and engineering of Zhongchen International Business Department. Between 2006 and 2010, the company's overseas business grew by more than 20% per year.
Zhongchen Light Machinery determined its new business strategy for the new era as "taking the brand path and doing the high-end market."

2005

The alliances with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Wahaha:
In 2005, the Coca-Cola system and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. began a good strategic cooperation and established a joint laboratory. More than 15 high-speed glass bottle and PET production lines have been successfully put into operation in the Coca-Cola system both at home and abroad since then.
In 2007, the company's products successfully entered the PepsiCo international system, and 16 high-speed glass bottle, PET carbonated and juice lines have been running in the PepsiCo system so far. The same year, Wahaha and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. shook hands, and 35 high-speed beverage production lines have been running in 28 Wahaha factories, with the successful application of international-standard technologies such as ultra-clean and in-line mixing. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has walked the path of "strong alliance and joint development" with its own strength.

Zhongchen Light Machinery Company passed the on-site audit of ISO9000:2000 quality system by the experts from China Quality Certification Center again.

2003

In February, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant of Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. was held in the new plant site of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, and it was successfully completed in early 2004, covering an area of nearly 100,000 square meters.
The contract for the turnkey project of three complete lines and a complete plant equipment in Laoshan, Qingdao, was undertaken by Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd., which marked the beginning of the technical engineering of Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. and established a complete technical, engineering, and service team.

2002

1. In October 1965, the predecessor of Hefei Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Hefei Light Industry Machinery Factory, was officially established.
2. Zhongchen Light Machinery started importing the full set of Japanese and European technology from 1983 and transformed into producing beer and beverage production line equipment. Nearly 30 years of profound accumulation in this industry. Our well-known clients are spread all over the world, both at home and abroad.
3. Diversified product development: At the end of the last century and the beginning of this century, Zhongchen Light Machinery began to design and manufacture PET bottled carbonated beverage, fruit and tea beverage production lines, successfully applied in several well-known beverage manufacturers such as Jianlibao. And it was the first to obtain national ministerial appraisal, filling the domestic blank.
4. Great transformation: In 2002, the state-owned enterprise underwent diversified investment and reform, and Hefei Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially established.
5. In 2002, the first independent export: The first complete independent export of carbonated fruit juice beverage production line was successfully put into operation in Nigeria in 2002. Until now, Zhongchen Light Machinery's overseas business has spread to more than 60 countries and regions around the world.
6. In October 2002, Chairman Zha proposed the eight-character guideline that embodies the corporate spirit: "Loyalty, Practicality, High Efficiency, Innovation."
